This week, we got to take Alice to Vala's Pumpkin Patch on the most wonderful morning imaginable - clouds, cool weather, no rain. And since we went on a weekday, we got cheap tickets, princess parking right next to the entrance, and not a single line anywhere we went! (Practically unheard of at the place.)
A few photos from last year's outing.
We started our girl's day (the best way, in my opinion) with some Salted Caramel Mochas from Starbucks, and then got to the "pumpin' patch" where a certain little lady got to ride Whisper, a shetland pony (a highlight, for sure). Ever since she rode Grandma Linda's new rocking horse, Gallup, she's been obsessed with ponies.
A ride on the train was most certainly in order. This little girl loves all things Thomas, so when we heard the whistle blow, we knew our next adventure was a trip on their pretty little locomotive. Alice was stoked. She even asked the conductor to see the engine.

After saying hello to all of the goats, rabbits, and camel, we took our leave with pumpkin pecan fudge, kettle corn, a donut, and muffins.
Thanks for the fun morning, Gramma Jo & Aunt Lynnie!
